内镜下组织胶注射治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察内镜下组织胶注射治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效。方法:选2016年1月至2018年6月在深圳市松岗人民医院内镜中心行急诊胃镜止血的消化性溃疡出血患者92例,随机分为2组,观察组19例内镜下注射组织胶止血,对照组73例内镜下注射1∶10000肾上腺素止血,比较2组患者内镜下止血率及再次出血率。结果:观察组与对照组患者止血率分别为94.74%(18/19)和94.52%(69/73),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组与对照组患者再次出血率分别为5.56%(1/18)、33.33%(23/69),观察组的再次出血率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内镜下组织胶注射可减少患者再次出血率,是治疗消化性溃疡出血的有效方法。Objective: To observe the effect of endoscopic tissue glue injection on peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods:92 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding underwent emergency gastroscopy from January 2016 to June 2018 in Songgang People’s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (n=19 cases) was stopped bleeding by endoscopic injection of tissue glue,and the control group (n=73 cases) was stopped bleeding by endoscopic injection of 1∶ 10 000 adrenaline. The endoscopic hemostasis rate and rebleeding rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The hemostasis rates of the observation group and the control group were 94.74%(18/19) and 94.52%(69/73),and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group and the control group were 5.56%(1/18) and 33.33%(23/69),the rebleeding rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Endoscopic tissue glue injection can reduce the rate of rebleeding,and it is an effective method for the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.
