摘　　要：醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液即VAE乳液拥有优异的粘结性、柔韧性、耐候性、耐酸碱性、成膜性,被广泛应用在胶黏剂、外墙保温、涂料、纺织、造纸等领域。国外对高固含量低黏度和环境友好型VAE乳液研究非常广泛与深入,已开发出许多新品种。国内VAE乳液研究主要以VAE乳液改性为主,缺乏有关VAE乳液基础理论研究,在生产规模和品种方面与国外有较大差距。文章综述了VAE乳液生产现状、VAE乳液新产品开发研究现状、VAE乳液生产工艺及其产品应用状况,为VAE乳液生产工艺的改进和新产品的开发提供参考。Vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer emulsion has excellent adhesiveness, flexibility, weatherability, acid and alkali resistance, and film forming property. It is widely used in adhesives, exterior wall insulation, coating, textile, paper making and other fields. Abroad, the research of VAE emulsion with high solid content, low viscosity and environmental friendliness is very extensive and thorough. Many new varieties have been developed. The research of VAE emulsion in China is mainly based on the modification of VAE emulsion and the theoretical research on VAE emulsion is lacking. There is a big gap between China and foreign countries in terms of production scale and varieties. The present situation of VAE emulsion production, the development and research status of VAE emulsion, the production technology of VAE emulsion and the application status of its products are reviewed in this paper, so as to provide references for the improvement of VAE emulsion production process and the development of new products.
