摘　　要：美国国家专业教学标准委员会(NBPTS)之优秀教师认证作为美国教师教育改革和升级的重要组成部分,经过三十年的实践探索,已形成其自身鲜明的特色,主要体现为精益求精的认证标准、灵活公正的认证制度及强而有力的财政支持等,并在获得公众普遍认可、提升学生学业成绩和促进教师专业发展等方面取得了显著的成效。As an important part of the reform and upgrade of American teacher education, the accreditation of NBPTS excellent teachers has formed its own distinct characteristics after 30 years of exploration and practice, which are mainly reflected in its optimized certification standards, flexible and efficient certification system, strong financial support, etc. And the accreditation of NBPTS excellent teachers has yielded remarkable effects in achieving public acceptance, improving students’ academic performance and promoting teachers’ professional development.
