摘 要:电解铝的生产是在电解槽中进行的,阳极导杆作为电解槽的电流传导装置,其作用与性能至关重要。阳极电流分布是否均匀将直接影响电解槽的寿命和电解时的电流效率。文章通过对现有的电解槽阳极电流检测方法进行分析,采用等距压降法测量阳极导杆电流,并结合现场总线技术,提出了一种基于CAN总线的铝电解槽阳极电流检测系统,对提高电流效率,降低生产成本,改善槽况有重要作用。The production of electrolytic aluminum is carried out in the electrolytic cell. As the current conduction device of the electrolytic cell, the function and performance of the anode guide rod are very important. Whether the anode current distribution is uniform or not will directly affect the life of the electrolytic cell and the current efficiency during electrolysis. In this paper, based on the analysis of the existing anode current detection methods of electrolytic cell, the equal distance voltage drop method is used to measure the anode current of aluminum electrolytic cell, and combined with the field bus technology, an anode current detection system of aluminum electrolytic cell based on CAN bus is proposed, which plays an important role in improving current efficiency, reducing production cost, and improving tank condition.
