摘  要:目的探讨艾地苯醌对早期帕金森病患者的临床疗效及对血清生长分化因子15(GDF-15)的影响。方法选择2016年2月至2018年1月在帕金森病门诊就诊的175例早期帕金森病患者,随即分为对照组(87例)和艾地苯醌干预组(88例)。2组均给予标准药物治疗,干预组在此基础上给予艾地苯醌口服,治疗时间为12周。治疗前后采用UPDRS-Ⅲ、NMSQuest、HAMD、MMSE评分评价临床效果,并检测2组患者治疗前后血清GDF-15的水平。结果经12周治疗后,艾地苯醌干预组UPDRS-Ⅲ、NMSQuest、HAMD评分下降,MMSE评分升高,血清GDF-15的水平下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾地苯醌能降低早期帕金森病患者血清GDF-15水平,对运动症状和非运动症状均有改善作用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of idebenone in patients with early Parkinson’s disease and its effect on serum growth differentiation factor 15(GDF-15).Methods A total of 175 patients with early Parkinson’s disease who were admitted and treated in Parkinson’s Disease Clinic of our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into the control group(n=87) and intervention group(n=88). The patients in both groups were treated by conventional drugs,on this basis, the patients in intervention group were treated by oral idebenone for 12 weeks. The clinical effects were evaluated by UPDRS-Ⅲ NMSQ, HAMD and MMSE scores before and after treatment, and the levels of serum GDF-15 were measured before and after treatment.Results after 12-week treatment, the UPDRS-Ⅲ, NMSQuest, and HAMD scores in intervention group were decreased, the MMSE scores were increased, and the serum levels of GDF-15 level were decreased, there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Idebenone can reduce serum GDF-15 levels in patients with early Parkinson’s disease and can improve both motor and non-motor symptoms.
