摘　　要：目的探讨雌激素受体(ER)阴性乳腺癌的钼靶X线征象与孕激素受体(PR)、C-erbB-2、P53表达的相关性。方法回顾性分析35例具有乳腺钼靶并经病理证实为ER阴性乳腺癌的患者资料,记录各病变免疫组化指标及其X线钼靶表现。分析癌组织中PR、C-erbB-2、P53的表达与病变大小、恶性钙化、毛刺征以及淋巴结转移的关系。结果 35例阴性乳腺癌中,PR均为阴性。病变组织学类型仅与P53的表达具有相关性(P<0.05),而与c-erbB-2的表达无显著相关性。病变的大小、毛刺征象、恶性钙化及淋巴结转移情况与c-erbB-2、P53的表达无显著相关性。结论 ER阴性乳腺癌的钼靶X线征象与PR、C-erbB-2和P53表达无显著相关性,尚不能作为ER阴性乳腺癌PR、C-erbB-2和P53表达的预测指标。Objective To investigate the molybdenum target mammographic manifestations and its correlation with the expressions of progesterone receptor(PR),C-erbB-2,P53 in patients with negative ER breast cancer.Methods The clinical data about 35 patients with negative ER breast cancer who were diagnosed by mammary gland molybdenum target and pathological examinatin in our hospital were retrospectivly analyzed. The correlation between the expressions of PR,C-erbB-2,P53 and lesion size, malignant calcifications,spiculation,lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results In the 35 patients with negative ER breast cancer, the histological types of lesions were correlated with P53 expression only(P<0.05),however, which were not correlated with c-erbB-2 expression.Moreover there was no significant correlation between the lesion size,malignant calcifications,spiculation,lymph node metastasis and the expressions of c-erbB-2, P53.Conclusion There is no significant correlation between the molybdenum target mammographic manifestations and the expressions of PR,C-erbB-2,P53 in patients with negative ER breast cancer,therefor,which can not be regarded as the indexes yet to predict the expressions of PR,C-erbB-2 and P53.
