摘 要:农业机械化是现代农业科研单位提升科研生产效率的重要途径,也是缓解科研生产劳动力紧张的重要手段。文章阐述了农业科研单位应用农机的必要性,并以江苏省农业科学院为例,介绍了农业科研单位农机管理的模式,分析了不同农机管理模式的优劣性,提出了加强统筹管理、完善农机服务平台、拓展社会化服务渠道、完善农机管理制度等加强农业科研单位农机管理的措施,以提升农机服务效率,为农业科研创新提供参考。Agricultural machinery is an important approach for modern agricultural research institutions to improve the efficiency of scientific research and production, and also an important method to ease the labor drought in scientific research and production. Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, different management modes of agricultural machinery in agricultural research institutes were introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of different management modes of agricultural machinery were also analyzed. Some measures for strengthening management of agricultural machinery in agricultural research institutes were put forward, i.e., strengthening over- all management, improving service platform of agricultural machinery, expanding public service channels, and strengthening management system. This will improve service efficiency of agricultural machinery and provide reference for agricultural scientific innovation.
