摘  要:介绍浙江省预约诊疗服务平台运营概况,详细阐述该平台信用积分与实名认证管理机制建设及其成效,包括促进线上患者用户行为规范化、增强用户信用意识、提高医疗资源利用率等。The Paper introduces the overall operation of outpatient pre-registration services platform in Zhejiang province,elaborates the building of management mechanism involving credit score and real name authentication as well as the corresponding outcomes in detail,which include promoting standardization of online patients' behavior,enhancing users' credit awareness,and increasing utilization rate of medical resources,etc.
