腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术治疗急性胃穿孔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨急性胃穿孔患者行腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术治疗的效果。方法将本院2017年2月至2018年5月收治的75例急性胃穿孔患者随机分成两组,即观察组(38例)与对照组(37例),对照组患者行传统的穿孔缝合术治疗,而观察组则利用腹腔镜辅助行胃穿孔修补术,对两组患者随访3个月,评价患者治疗效果及术后生活质量,同时对比两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.10%,明显高于对照组72.97%的有效率(P<0.05);术后3个月观察组患者生理功能、精神健康、心理状况及健康状况各个方面评分均要明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后观察组并发症的总发生率为5.27%,显著低于对照组21.62%的发生率(P<0.05)。结论针对临床诊断为急性胃穿孔的病患,采取腹腔镜辅助胃穿孔修补术治疗可获得显著治疗效果,提高患者术后生活质量及降低患者术后相关并发症的发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation on the patients with acute gastric perforation. Methods 75 cases with acute gastric perforation treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,observation group (38 cases) and control group (37 cases). The control group was treated with traditional suture of perforation,while the observation group was given gastric perforation repair assisted by laparoscopy. With the three-month follow-up for the two groups,the treatment effect and life quality after operation were evaluated,and the postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.10%,significantly higher than that of the control group which was 72.97%( P < 0.05). The scores of physiological function,mental health,psychological status and health status in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group 3 months after operation ( P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.27%,remarkably lower than that in the control group (21.62%),with statistically significant difference ( P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute gastric perforation,gastric perforation repair assisted by laparoscopy can achieve significant therapeutic effect,which can improve the life quality after operation and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,making it worth promoting.
