摘　　要：目的研究基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2、MMP-9和其抑制剂TIMP-2基因和蛋白在伴有神经浸润的胰腺癌组织中的特异表达。方法实验分为癌旁对照组、有神经周浸润的胰腺癌组,采用q PCR和Western印迹法检测各组MMP-2、MMP-9和TIMP-2基因和蛋白表达的变化。结果与癌旁对照组相比,有神经浸润的胰腺癌组织中MMP-2、MMP-9和TIMP-2 mRNA的表达均显著增加,MMP-9和TIMP-2总蛋白的表达显著增加,MMP-2在癌旁组织和肿瘤组织中蛋白的表达无明显差异。结论MMP-9和TIMP-2基因和蛋白在有神经周浸润的胰腺癌组织的表达显著增加。Objective To explore the expression of MMP2/9 and TIMP-2 in human pancreatic carcinoma tissue with PNI.Methods The expression levels of MMP2/9 and TIMP-2 were detected by q PCR and Western blot in human pancreatic carcinoma tissue with PNI and controls.Results Compared with the control,the mRNA expression levels of MMP2,MMP9 and TIMP-2 was increased significantly,the protein expression levels of MMP9 and TIMP-2 was increased significantly in human pancreatic carcinoma tissue with PNI.The protein expression levels of MMP2 had no significant change in human pancreatic carcinoma tissue with PNI.Conclusion The expression levels of MMP9 and TIMP-2 are increased significantly in human pancreatic carcinoma tissue with PNI.
