摘　　要：针对社会工作人才培养中的实际问题。以教学改革和实践为基础,构建“五位一体”教学实践创新模型,分析培养适合社会建设应用型人才的重要路径,以期对本土社会工作教育发展提供参考。In view of the practical problems in the training of social work talents. On the basis of teaching reform and practice,it constructs the innovative model of “five in one” teaching practice,designs the teaching mode based on social work specialty,analyses the important path of training applied talents suitable for social construction,with a view to providing reference for the development of local social work education.
