摘　　要：酸甘配伍法的应用不局限于某一具体病变或证候,而是普遍应用于临床各科病证,各系统病变。甘味药与酸味药的药味数选择及剂量应用,要根据具体病证、病情轻重、病程长短而灵活选择,或以酸味为主,或以甘味为主,或二者并重;病至阴虚者常病程已久,药物剂量可增加,同时也要结合患者对药物浓度的耐受力;病及上、中焦,补益肺胃阴津见效较快,深入下焦肝肾则起效延长,且常需注重对其他相兼病机的干预,方可取得良效。临证中,脏腑阴津亏虚之证也常兼夹于其他证候之中,掌握辨证要点,分析细微之处,避免疏忽其中;阴虚与湿热错杂宜辨明孰轻孰重,宣化、疏理、养阴治法灵活运用,多可收到良好效果。The application of sour-sweet transforming into yin method is not limited to a specific disease or syndrome,but is widely used in clinical diseases and diseases of various departments and systems. The choice of kinds and dosage of sweet and sour drugs should be flexible according to the specific symptoms,the severity of the disease,the duration of the disease,or mainly sour,or mainly sweet,or both. Patients with yin deficiency often have a long course of disease,and the dosage of drugs can be increased.At the same time,the patient’s tolerance to drug concentration should be considered. The effect of tonifying lung,stomach,yin and body fluids is faster when the disease reaches the upper and middle Jiao,while the effect is prolonged when the disease goes deep into the lower Jiao,the liver and kidney. It is necessary to pay attention to the intervention of other pathogenesis in order to achieve good efficacy. In clinical practice,the syndrome of deficiency of yin fluids in zang-fu organs is often intermingled with other syndromes,so it is necessary to grasp the key points of syndrome differentiation,analyze the details and avoid negligence. Yin deficiency and damp-heat miscellaneous should be distinguished between the light and the heavy,so resolving,dredging,yin-nourishing treatment should be flexibly used to receive good efficacy.
