摘 要:无轴承永磁同步电机集成永磁电机和磁轴承的特性,具有无摩擦、无需润滑和密封、高速高精、寿命长等优点,在高速精密电主轴、飞轮储能、血液泵、化工泵等特殊电气传动领域具有潜在应用价值。该文首先阐述无轴承永磁同步电机转矩和径向悬浮力产生机理,再对其结构优化设计和数学建模进行详细总结和分析,并从磁场定向控制、悬浮力绕组独立控制、直接控制、非线性解耦控制等方面综述其控制策略,最后从电机优化设计、控制策略、无传感器技术、容错控制及应用领域等方面展望发展趋势。The bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor(BPMSM) combines the characteristics of permanent magnet motors and magnetic bearings, which has no fiction, no lubrication and sealing, high speed and high precision, long life, etc. The BPMSM has potential applications in high speed precision motorized spindle, flywheel energy storage, blood pump, chemical pump and other special electric drive fields. Firstly, the principles of torque and radial suspension force generation of the BPMSM were described. Secondly, the structural optimization design and mathematical modeling were summarized and analyzed in detail. Thirdly, the control strategies were summarized from the aspects of field-oriented control, suspension force winding independent control, direct control, nonlinear decoupling control, etc. Finally, the development trends of optimization design, control strategies, sensorless technology, fault-tolerant control and applications fields were prospected.
