摘  要:为了认识可动弹性微球调驱体系的性质,指导矿场调驱实施工作,采用激光纳米粒度测量仪、布氏黏度计及人造岩心,开展了室内可动弹微球调驱体系实验研究,观测可动弹性微球的表观形态、粒径大小、黏度变化及封堵性能。结果表明,可动弹性微球粒径受静置时间影响较大,随溶胀时间增加而逐渐变大;微球乳状液黏度受温度变化影响较大,随温度升高黏度迅速下降;微球体系的封堵能力与渗透率关联较强,范围内渗透率越小封堵能力越强。试验结果表明可动弹性微球遇水溶胀可以有效封堵高渗层,具有较好的调驱效果。In order to understand the moveable elastic microsphere profile control system for physical and chemi- cal properties and guide the field work, laser particles sizing, brookfield viscometer and artificial core were adopted to measure the shape, size, viscosity and plugging property . The results showed that the initial size of the moveable elastic microsphere was tens of nanometers, while it could reach hundreds of nanometers after hydrating for 10 days, and the diameter was bigger and bigger with dilatation time. The initial viscosity is low but The viscosity decreased with the increasing temperature. The plugging property is associated with Permeability strongly, which can make effective plugging in a certain degree of permeability. And the results showed that the move-able elastic microsphere had properties on in-depth profile control step by step of plugging, breakthrough, deepening and plugging again in the core. The experimental results showed that the moveable elastic microsphere can expand when it contacts with water, which can block high permeability layers, so it had a good effect on in-depth profile control.
