摘　　要：消化系统损害特别是功能状况的评估是法医临床学鉴定中的难点之一。2017年1月1日实施《人体损伤致残等级分级》,消化系统损害的残疾评定与国外标准存在较大差异。本文比较《人体损伤致残等级分级》为主的国内残疾标准与国外其他伤残标准中消化系统损害的相关内容,比较国内外标准的差异,特别是相应评定指标,为我国残疾标准相关内容的后续修订与完善提供借鉴与参考。Digestive system impairment evaluation is considered to be a difficulty in forensic clinical medicine appraisal. The Classifi cation of Severity of Disability Caused by Physical Injuries with enforcement since January 1, 2017 differs significantly from foreign criteria regarding the evaluation of digestive system impairment. This article compares domestic digestive system impairment evaluation criteria with the criteria and guidelines in other countries. Based on an analysis of the distinctions of the criteria at home and abroad, some suggestions will be put forward to provide reference and inspiration for the revision and improvement of the domestic digestive system impairment evaluation.
