耳后沿Blaschko线分布的小汗腺螺旋腺瘤一例

摘　　要：报告一例26岁男性患者。右耳后皮下结节5年。皮肤科情况:右侧耳后可见数个大小不等的紫色皮下结节,稍隆起于皮面,表面光滑,质韧,与表皮无黏连。结合典型临床表现及组织病理检查诊断为小汗腺螺旋腺瘤。手术切除后随访2年未见复发。A 26-year-old Chinese man complained of multiple subcutaneous nodules in the right retroauricular skin for 5 years. Physical examination showed that there were several isolated, purple subcutaneous nodules of varying sizes in his right retroauricular skin, and the nodules with smooth surface were firm, tender and had no adhesion to the epidermis. The diagnosis of eccrine spiradenoma was confirmed by the typical clinical manifestation and pathological examination findings. The nodules were successfully treated with surgical excision and there was no recurrence during 2 years of follow-up.
