健脾和胃补肾方联合帕洛诺司琼防治卵巢癌化疗所致呕吐的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾和胃补肾方联合帕洛诺司琼对卵巢癌化疗所致恶心呕吐的疗效,与单用帕洛诺司琼对比。方法:将60例卵巢癌患者随机分成实验组(30例)和对照组(30例),均采用紫杉醇脂质体联合卡铂化疗方案治疗。对照组化疗前予帕洛诺司琼静脉滴注,每次0.25mg,1次/疗程;实验组在对照组基础上加用健脾和胃补肾方口服。结果:实验组和对照组急性恶心控制的有效率分别为86.7%、80.0%,完全缓解率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),延迟性呕吐控制率实验组(90.0%)高于对照组(76.7%)(P<0.05),实验组不良反应发生率(20.0%)低于对照组(43.3%)。结论:健脾和胃补肾方联合帕洛诺司琼能有效预防卵巢癌化疗引起的恶心呕吐,能提高延迟性恶心呕吐的控制率,降低便秘及疲倦乏力反应的发生率。Objectiv:To observe the effectiveness of Jianpi bushen decoction combined with palonsetron to prevent the nausea and vomit- ing in ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods:Ovarian caner patients were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group ( 30 cases).All the patients were scheduled chemotherapy.Patients in the control group were injected palon- setron before chemotherapy. In the experimental group,patients administed Jianpi bushen decoction exta. Results:The effective rate of acute nausea control in the experimental group and the control group was 86.7% vs 80.0%,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).In the experimental group and control group,the efficiency of delayed nausea and vomiting was 90.0% vs 76.7%,(P<0.05),The adverse reactions in both groups were fatigue ,constipation was 20.0% vs 43.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Jianpi bushen decoction and palonsetron can effectively prevent delayed nausea and vomiting of ovarian caner patients those were adminstraited with chemotherapy,reduce the incidence of constipation and fatigue.
