摘 要:为了在控制成本的情况下提高固体充填的密实度,有效控制顶板下沉,提出在煤矸石与粉煤灰固体充填基础上进行膏体注浆补强。通过实验室的煤矸石级配优化以及配比实验确定抗压效果最好的配比方案,在此基础上进行膏体注浆补强,分析注浆补强对充填体密实充填率以及抗压强度的提升效果,进一步应用到现场。结果表明:煤矸石与粉煤灰1∶0.6配比条件下抗压效果最好;膏体注浆有效提升了充填体的密实充填率,抗压强度有了一定的提升。经过现场实践,膏体注浆补强固体充填使得开采对工作面所对应的地表建筑物及设施的影响较小,可以正常使用。In order to improve the density of solid filling and effectively control the roof subsidence under the condition of controlling cost,paste grouting reinforcement is proposed on the basis of solid filling with gangue and fly ash.Based on the optimization of gangue gradation in the laboratory and the matching experiment,the best matching scheme of compressive effect is determined.On this basis,paste grouting reinforcement is carried out.The effect of grouting reinforcement on filling density and compressive strength is analyzed,and further applied to the field.The results show that the compressive effect is the best when the ratio of gangue and fly ash is1 ∶0.6;paste grouting effectively improves the filling density and compressive strength of filling body.Through field practice,paste grouting reinforces solid filling,which makes mining have less influence on the corresponding surface buildings and facilities of working face and can be used normally.
