完善现代职业教育体系 引领高职教育高水平特色化发展

摘　　要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的颁布,为构建现代职业教育体系指明了方向。现代职业教育体系应是层次结构独立完整的学历学位体系、产教融合的跨界体系、职业教育与职业培训的有机统一体系。我国亟待建立现代职业教育独立完整的学历学位制度,建立基于"学分银行”的国家职业资历框架制度,建立产教融合、校企协同育人的命运共同体,尽快启动中国特色高水平高等职业学校和专业建设计划,建立国务院职业教育工作部际联席会议制度。The promulgation of the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" pointed out the direction for the construction of a modern vocational education system. The modern vocational education system should be an independent and complete academic degree system, a cross-border system of integration of production and education, and an organic unified system of vocational education and vocational training. It is urgent to establish an independent and complete academic degree system for modern vocational education, and a national vocational qualifications framew ork system based on “credit bank”. It is also urgent to establish a community of destiny integrating production and education, school and enterprise. Moreover, it is suggested to operate a construction plan for high-level vocational schools and majors with Chinese characteristics as soon as possible, and to build an inter-ministerial joint conference system for vocational education in the State Council.
