北京市医疗机构托管合作模式探析

摘　　要：医院托管是推动公立医院体制改革的一项重要措施,大型公立医院托管中小型医院是近年来普遍实施的医院托管模式。通过对北京市属医院间的托管关系进行研究,并对北京市5所被托管医院的托管情况进行分析,在了解托管成效和问题的基础上,提出进一步提升托管成员医院发展动力、构建双赢模式以及建立有效的双向转诊评价体系等建议。Hospital trusteeship is one of important measures on promoting public hospital reform. Large scale public hospital trusted middle and small hospital is a common mode of hospital trusteeship mode. Based on the analysis of trustee relationship in Beijing municipal hospitals, specially on 5 trustee hospitals, problems and effectiveness of trusteeship mode has been discussed and suggestions such as further promoting the motivation of hospital development on members, building win-win mechanism and implementing dual referral are presented.
