住院精神患者电解质异常原因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨住院精神患者电解质异常的原因及影响因素,尤其是低钾现象的发生规律,为临床治疗与预防患者低钾现象的发生提供依据。方法选取本院2017年8月至2018年3月收治的300例精神患者为研究对象,采用离子选择电极法定期测定患者清晨及随时电解质浓度,对异常结果的患者进行分组统计分析,得到各组间的差异,总结出相应结论。结果300例住院精神患者发生低血钾的有63例,低血钾的发生率为21%,伴发低血钾的原因与所使用的抗精神病药物、病种、住院时间、住院季节(春、夏、秋、冬)、年龄等因素有关,与性别无关。结论住院精神患者易伴发电解质异常,尤其是低血钾,因此,除了需要采取相应措施进行预防外,定期的进行电解质检测,对早期发现异常和及时治疗也是十分重要的。Objective To investigate the causes and influencing factors of electrolyte abnormalities in hospitalized mental patients, especially the occurrence of hypokalemia, and provide evidence for clinical treatment and prevention of hypokalemia in patients. Methods A total of 300 psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. The ion-selective electrode method was used to periodically measure the electrolyte concentration in the morning and at any time. The patients with abnormal results were analyzed by group analysis. The differences are summarized in the corresponding conclusions. Results Of the 300 hospitalized psychiatric patients, 63 had hypokalemia, and the incidence of hypokalemia was 21%. The cause of hypokalemia was associated with antipsychotic drugs, disease types, hospital stay, and hospitalization season., summer, autumn, winter), age and other factors, have nothing to do with gender. Conclusion Inpatients with mental disorders are prone to electrolyte abnormalities, especially hypokalemia. Therefore, in addition to the need to take appropriate measures for prevention, regularelectrolyte testing is also important for early detection of abnormalities and timely treatment.
