多次性根管治疗术与一次性根管治疗术在隐裂性牙髓炎治疗中的价值对比评价

摘　　要：目的总结并归纳多次性根管治疗术与一次性根管治疗术治疗隐裂性牙髓炎时,具体的疗效。方法从本院2016年5月至2017年8月,选取80例已确诊为隐裂性牙髓炎的患者作为研究对象,以计算机表法分为两组,观察组和对照组各40例,对照组使用多次性根管治疗术治疗,观察组采用一次性根管治疗术治疗,然后两组患者在接受一段时间的治疗后,对患者的生活质量评分以及临床疗效进行总结,并将其作为主要评价标准,对两种治疗手段的治疗效果进行评估。结果在观察组,使用一次性根管治疗术后,治疗效果与对照组相比,呈现较为优异的状况,而且两者之间相差较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗术在治疗隐裂性牙髓炎时具有更高的治疗效果,应用与治疗隐裂性牙髓炎时,效果显著,可以被推广应用。Objective To summarize and summarize the specific effects of multiple root canal therapy and one-time root canal therapy for the treatment of occult pulpitis. Methods From May 2016 to August 2017, 80 patients with confirmed diagnosis of occult pulpitis were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups by computerized method, 40 cases in the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with multiple root canal therapy, and the observation group was treated with one-time root canal therapy. Then, after receiving a period of treatment, the two groups of patients summarized the patient' s quality of life score and clinical efficacy, and as a primary evaluation criterion, the therapeutic effects of the two treatments were evaluated. Results In the observation group, after treatment with a single root canal, the treatment effect was superior to that of the control group, and the difference between the two was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion One-time root canal therapy has a higher therapeutic effect in the treatment of cryptic pulpitis. It is effective and can be applied when applying and treating cryptic pulpitis.
