摘　　要：为评价慢性放射性直肠炎(chronic radiation proctitis, CRP)患者使用美沙拉嗪栓剂治疗的疗效,本研究选取2010年1月至2013年12月在广西医科大学第二附属医院消化内科就诊的15例CRP患者,给予美沙拉嗪栓剂塞肛治疗(每天2次,每次0.5 g),总疗程为24周,观察患者临床症状的改善情况及肠黏膜的修复情况。结果表明,CRP患者症状总积分显著低于美沙拉嗪栓剂治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01);用药后,血便、大便次数及里急后重症状积分均显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01);而腹痛积分治疗前后比较,差异不具有统计学差异(p=0.068)。治疗后黏膜愈合情况较治疗前良好,治疗前后镜下病变等级资料比较,差异具有统计学意义(Z=3.23,p=0.014)。综上所述,美沙拉嗪栓剂塞肛是治疗慢性放射性直肠炎安全有效的方法。In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mesalazine suppository in treating chronic radiation proctitis(CRP). A total of 15 cases of CRP patients treated in the department of gastroenterology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2010 to December 2013 were enrolled in this study. They were given mesalazine suppository by anal pluging(2 times a day, 0.5 g each time) with the course of medication being 24 weeks. The efficacy of treatment was assessed based on the clinical symptom and healing status of intestinal mucosa. The results showed that the total score of clinical symptoms after the treatment was significantly lower than that before Mesalazine suppository treatment(p<0.01). The scores of bloody stool, stool frequency and tenesmus were significantly lower than those before Mesalazine therapy(p<0.01). However, the difference of score of abdominal pain was not statistically significant before and after the treatment(p=0.068). The healing status of mucosa was improved as compared with that before the treatment. The microscopic lesions before and after the treatment was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.23, p=0.014). In summary, Mesalazine suppository given by anal pluging may be a safe and effective treatment for chronic radiation proctitis.
