摘  要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种大脑神经元的神经退行性病变,主要由神经元细胞外β淀粉样蛋白沉积和细胞内Tau蛋白过度磷酸化形成的老年斑和缠结的神经纤维导致。现阶段对AD的确切发病机制还不十分清楚,尚无有效的治疗能预防和阻止AD相关认知功能的进展。微RNA(miRNAs)参与转录后基因表达调控,通过调节淀粉样蛋白前体或β分泌酶1等基因参与AD发病过程,近年来对miRNAs的研究成为热点。在AD大脑和脑脊液中miRNAs的表达改变,其中miR-132/212备受关注。Alzheimer′s disease(AD) is a neurodegenerative disease of the brain neuron, caused mainly by extracellular accumulations of amyloid-β protein in the form of plaques and intracellular tangles, consisting of hyperphosphorylated Tau proteins. The exact pathogenic mechanisms resulting in AD remain unknown,and no efficient clinical treatment can prevent developing of AD related cognitive disorder.MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are involved in posttranscriptional gene expression regulation and participate in the pathogenesis of AD by regulating genes such as amyloid precursor protein or β-secreatase 1.In recent years, miRNAs have become a hot research topic.Many studies have identified miRNAs expression changes in AD brain and cerebrospinal fluid,and miR-132/212 has attracted a lot of attention.
