摘　　要：本文介绍1例Ⅳ期年轻乳腺黏液腺癌的多学科联合诊治过程。该病例初诊时为保乳术后肝转移,经多学科多次讨论患者先后接受化疗、射频消融、卵巢功能抑制联合内分泌治疗、手术去势和放疗等治疗手段,生存期达到43个月。该病例的诊治过程说明,依据肿瘤特征及不同阶段演变过程,在多学科专家组讨论及指导下合理进行治疗,可延长患者生存时间。This study introduces the diagnosis and treatment of a stage Ⅳ young breast mucinous adenocarcinoma patient with liver metastases. After multidisciplinary team(MDT) discussion, the patient received treatments including chemotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, ovarian function suppression combined with endocrine therapy, ovariectomy, and radiotherapy. The patient has already survived for 43 months. The diagnosis and treatment process of this case showed that the treatment of patient with stage Ⅳ breast mucinous adenocarcinoma should be based on the characteristics and behaviors of the tumor. Subsequently, under the guidance of MDT discussion, suitable treatment plan could be selected to prolong the survival of these patients.
