摘 要:目的 探讨参与式综合干预在高校预防艾滋病健康教育中的应用效果。方法 选择某高校在读的1000名大学生(2018年1月~2018年7月),随机分两组,500例/组,对照组实施常规艾滋病预防健康教育,观察组在常规艾滋病预防健康教育中实施参与式综合干预,比较艾滋病相关知识知晓情况、艾滋病正确态度持有情况、自我管理行为评分。结果 干预后,观察组学生的艾滋病各项知识知晓率、艾滋病正确态度持有率、自我管理行为各项评分均较干预前增高(P<0.05),其应对方式评分均较干预前改善(P<0.05),且观察组干预后的艾滋病各项知识知晓率、艾滋病正确态度持有率、自我管理行为评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 参与式综合干预用于高校学生艾滋病预防健康教育工作中,可有效促使高校学生更好地掌握艾滋病相关知识,使其正确对待艾滋病,有利于艾滋病预防工作在高校的开展。Objective To study the application effect of participatory comprehensive intervention in health education of AIDS prevention in colleges and universities. Methods 1 000 college students(January 2018 to July 2018) were randomly divided into 2 groups, 500 cases per group, and the control group was given routine AIDS prevention health education. The observation group carried out participatory comprehensive intervention beside routine AIDS prevention and health education. Then to compare the knowledge about AIDS, correct attitude to AIDS and self-management behavior score. Results After intervention, the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge, the rate of correct attitude to AIDS, and the scores of self-management behavior in observation group were higher than those before intervention(P < 0.05). The scores of coping style were improved compared with those before intervention(P < 0.05), and the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge, AIDS correct attitude and self-management behavior in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of participatory comprehensive intervention in the work of AIDS prevention and health education for college students can effectively promote college students to master AIDS related knowledge and make them treat AIDS correctly. It is beneficial to the development of AIDS prevention in colleges and universities.
