碘仿干髓糊剂治疗乳磨牙牙髓炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨碘仿干髓糊剂治疗乳磨牙牙髓炎患儿的效果。方法选取86例(98颗患牙)乳磨牙牙髓炎患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(43例,49颗患牙)与观察组(43例,49颗患牙)。对照组患儿使用传统干髓糊剂行干髓术治疗,观察组患儿使用碘仿干髓糊剂行干髓术治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗后1年,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1周,两组患儿的VAS评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论碘仿干髓糊剂治疗乳磨牙牙髓炎的效果显著,可以改善患儿的远期疗效,降低并发症发生率,缓解疼痛。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of iodoform dry pulp paste in the treatment of children with pulpitis of deciduous molars molars. Methods A total of 86 cases(98 teeth) with pulpitis of deciduous molars were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(43 cases, 49 teeth) and observation group(43 cases, 49 teeth). The control group was treated with pulp mummification by traditional dry pulp paste, while the observation group was treated with pulp mummification by iodoform dry pulp paste. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 1 year after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). At 1 week after treatment, the VAS score of the two groups significantly reduced, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Iodoform dry pulp paste has a remarkable effect in the treatment of pulpitis of deciduous molars. It can improve the long-term effect, reduce the incidence of complications and relieve the pain of children.
