摘  要:利用2011~2015年的光学遥感影像数据,结合采矿权数据,调查监测了湖南省露天开采矿山的越界开采行为,基本查清了矿山越界开采情况。通过对越界开采矿山的数量和采矿权面积统计分析,建立两者之间的幂函数关系模型;通过对模型的分析,提出了湖南省露天开采矿山采矿权设置的最小面积应不小于2ha的建议,为今后矿山规划和矿权设置提供了科学依据。In this paper, based on the remote sensing data and mining right data from 2011 to 2015, we investigated and monitored the cross-border mining behavior of open pit mining in Hunan Province, and ascertained the situation of the cross-border mining basically. Then, through the statistical analysis of the number of cross-border mining and the area of mining right, we established the power function relation model between them. Finally, according to the study of model, we put forward a suggestion that the minimum area of open pit mining right should be no less than 2 ha in Hunan Province. This study can provide a scientific basis for mine planning and mining right setting in the future.
