基于NVIVO质性分析的少数民族儿童青少年体质下降归因研究——以四川藏羌地区为例

摘　　要：研究少数民族儿童青少年体质健康的状况,为少数民族儿童青少年体质健康管理工作提供依据。以四川省阿坝州藏羌自治州少数民族集聚区的茂县、黑水、理县、汶川、小金县、马尔康、松潘、金川县等为调研地,采用目的性抽样的研究方法,对阿坝州14名学校体育管理工作者进行个案访谈,获取对体质健康管理中现状、问题、原因、建议等方面的认知,运用Nvivoll.O软件对访谈信息进行分析,提炼出263个文本片段、建立56个节点、生成10个潜在主题、演化出4个高阶主题,以此构建出影响四川藏羌少数民族儿童青少年体质下降的归因模型。结果表明,四川阿坝藏羌地区儿童青少年体质健康缺少有政策管控,中小学课程设置存在定位不清和设置单一的问题,儿童青少年营养过剩和意志力下降是导致体质下降的恶性根源,相关部门管理掣肘是致使体质生态系统破坏的主要原因。To study the status of physical health of minority teenagers and adolescents, and to provide evidence for the management of physique health of minority teenagers and adolescents. Maoxian, Heishui, Lixian , Wenchuan, Xiaojin County , Malkang, Songpan,Jinchuan County,etc. in the Autonomous Prefecture of Tibetan and Qiang of Al)a Prefecture of Sichuan Province, using the purpose of sampling research methods, 14 people in Aba Prefecture School sports management workers conducted case inlervieus lo obtain knowledge about the status quo, problems, causes, and suggestions in physique heallh management. Using Nvivol 1.0 software to analyze interview information, extract 263 text fragments, establish 56 nodes, generate 10 potential themes and evolve 4 high-level themes to construct an attribution model that affects the decline of physical fitness of teenagers and adolescents in Sichuan Tibetan Qiang. The results show that there is no policy control over lhe physical health of teenagers and adolescents in the Aba Tibetan Qiang area in Sichuan. There is a problem of unclear positioning and single setting in the curriculum of primary and secondary schools. The oveniutrition and willpower of teenagers and adolescents are lhe malignant root causes of physical decline. 11 is the main cause of damage lo lhe physical ecosystem.
