摘  要:针对产品质量改进会影响产品需求、延保服务需求的问题,在构建顾客效用函数的基础上建立了制造商提供产品、在线零售商销售产品及提供延保服务的供应链利润模型,分析了产品故障率等对制造商和在线零售商产品质量改进程度、定价策略的影响,比较分析了集中式与分散式决策下的企业最优决策,进而设计了收益共享契约弥补质量改进成本造成的利润损失以激励制造商提高产品质量改进程度,求解了"收益共享+批发价格"契约组合下的最优收益分享比例和批发价格,合作契约可使供应链成员企业利润达到帕累托最优。研究结论:在产品改进的决策中,虽然提高产品质量改进程度会导致成本上升,但由于供应链企业利润上升,故制造商还是应改进产品质量;在延保服务的决策中,过度的控制单位延保服务成本并不利于在线零售商利润增加。最后通过数值算例验证了协调契约的有效性。Focused on the multi-impacts of product quality improvement on demands and extended warranty,this paper established the profit functions of supply chain in which the manufacturer provides products and the online retailer sells products and provides extended warranty based on the customer utility. This paper analyzed the impact of failure rate on the manufacturer’s and the online retailer’s decision on product quality improvement and price,compared with the optimal decisions under centralized and decentralized scenarios. A revenue sharing contract was designed to make up for the profit loss caused by the increased quality cost to stimulate the manufacturer to improve product quality. The results show,although the quality improvement increased costs,the profit of supply chain members increased,so the manufacturer should increase the product quality. In the decision making of extended warranty service,excessive control of the cost of extended warranty service is not conducive to the profit increase of the online retailers. Finally,this paper examined the effectiveness of the coordination contract by numerical examples.
