摘　　要：《唐李问对》蕴含着丰富的治军思想。它在继承前代治军思想一般规律的基础上,结合时代特征,提出了一系列操作性极强的治军方案,主要体现在“教得其道”的练兵原则、“爱威兼施”“先爱后威”的管理手段、“德才兼备”“首重将德”的选将原则三个方面。A Dialogue between Tang Taizong and Li Jing contains rich army governing thinking. On the foundation of inheriting the general laws concerning army governing of the former generations, in dealing with the characteristics of the times, it put forward a series of army governing measures with strong operability, which can be manifested in the troop drilling principle of" teaching methods”, the management means of“ concurrently resorting to love and threatening” and“ love prior to threatening” and the commander selection principle of“ having both a good character and professional competence” and “putting commander’s virtue at the top place”.
