摘　　要：在以信息通信技术为标志的第五次技术革命影响下,“互联网+”在全球的发展如火如荼。“互联网+”与法院调解相结合产生了法院在线调解。近年来法院在线调解在我国开始兴起并逐渐得到推广,形成了独有的功能和特征。在调解全球化趋势下,法院在线调解为我国多元化纠纷解决提供了新的理念、方法和路径,为调解的现代化转型带来了新的机遇,同时也提出了新的挑战。Now "Internet Plus"is growing prosperity all over the world with the influence of the Fifth Technology Reform marked by Information and Communication Technology. Online court mediation is the result of combination of "Internet Plus"and court mediation. Thriving all over the country recently,online court mediation has its unique functions and features. With the tendency of mediation globalization,online court mediation provides new ideas,methods and pathways for ADR in China,and brings both new opportunities and challenges to China’s mediation modernization.
