摘　　要：通过对某美式家具企业中的某系列家具图纸进行分析整合,整理出各个零部件及其所用刀具和参数情况,对这些家具产品信息进行分解重组,对家具产品的零部件进行合理归类,分出标准件和非标准件。在此基础上,通过Topsolid软件对家具系列产品进行参数化立体模型,确定设计变量,明确模型设计变量,并通过软件中的组件代码功能对库中的家具零部件等进行系统的描述并形成模型库,以期可以快速高效地调用所需的标准家具零部件等,并推动新产品的开发。Based on the analysis of the series of furniture drawings of an American style furniture enterprise,the various parts,tools used and parameters of the furniture were sorted out. The standard parts and non-standard parts were separated by decomposing and reorganizing the information of these furniture products and classifying the parts of furniture products reasonably. The parametric three-dimensional model of furniture series products through Topsolid software was carrying out,thus the design variables were determined,and the design variables for the model were specified. By utilizing the component code function in the software,the furniture parts in the library were described systematically to form a model library,which can call up the required standard furniture parts quickly and efficiently and benefit the development of new products.
