摘  要:目的探讨锌指蛋白转录因子5(KLF5)与转录共激活因子(TAZ)在甲状腺乳头状癌组织的表达及两者之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法分别检测108例甲状腺乳头状癌及相应癌旁正常甲状腺组织中KLF5与TAZ的表达。应用SPSS25.0统计软件分析,采用χ^2检验。结果KLF5在甲状腺乳头状癌组织及相应癌旁正常甲状腺组织中的阳性表达率分别为75.0%,18.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=69.198,P<0.05)。KLF5的表达与临床分期、肿瘤大小、腋下淋巴结转移及甲状腺外侵犯显著相关(χ^2=6.925、8.361、6.008、9.692,P<0.05),而与年龄、性别及多灶性无相关(χ^2=0.847、0.014、0.015,P>0.05)。TAZ蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织及相应癌旁无瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为69.4%和22.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=48.503,P<0.05)。TAZ的表达与临床分期、肿瘤大小、腋下淋巴结转移及甲状腺外侵犯显著相关(χ^2=5.875、6.999、12.026、10.878,P<0.05),而与年龄、性别及多灶性无明显相关(χ^2=0.591、0.096、0.498,P>0.05)。甲状腺乳头状癌组织中KLF5与TAZ均高表达,两者呈正相关(r=0.592,P<0.05)。结论KLF5与TAZ的异常高表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展密切相关。Objective To study the expressions of zinc finger protein transcription factor 5 (KLF5) and transcriptional co-activator (TAZ) in papillary thyroid carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of KLF5 and TAZ were detected by immunohistochemistry in 108 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and corresponding paracancerous normal tissues. Results The expression level of KLF5 was 75.0% in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues, whereas its expression level was 18.5% in the corresponding paracancerous normal tissues, with statistical significance (χ^2=69.198, P<0.05). The expression of KLF5 in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues was significantly associated with clinical stage, tumor size, lymph node metastases and extrathyroid invasion (χ^2=6.925, 8.361, 6.008, 9.692, P<0.05), but not to age, sex or multifocality (χ^2=0.847, 0.014, 0.015, P>0.05). The expression level of TAZ was 69.4% in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues, whereas its expression level was 22.2% in the corresponding paracancerous normal tissues, with statistical significance (χ^2=48.503, P<0.05). The expression of TAZ in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues was significantly correlated with clinical stage, tumor size, lymph node metastases and extrathyroid invasion (χ^2=5.875, 6.999, 12.026, 10.878, P<0.05), but not to age, sex or multifocality (χ^2=0.591, 0.096, 0.498, P>0.05). KLF5 as well as TAZ was expressed highly in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues. The expressions of KLF5 and TAZ were positively correlated (r=0.592, P<0.05). Conclusion The high expression of KLF5 as well as TAZ is closely related to the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
