摘 要:目的分析体育专业大学生营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)的内在关系,为改善不良饮食习惯提出适时可行的建议,并进行合理的饮食指导。方法应用自行设计的调查问卷对学院890名在读本科及硕士研究生进行营养KAP调查,采用体质指数评价学生的现时营养状况,通过赋值法对营养KAP问卷进行评分。结果低年级学生营养状况优于高年级学生,营养不良率女生(20.61%)高于男生(3.99%)、高年级学生(15.38%)高于低年级学生(7.58%);不同年级学生营养知识均分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男女营养知识和营养态度均分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同性别、年级学生膳食行为均分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);营养KAP之间有较好的相关性(P<0.05)。结论体院学生对营养知识了解欠缺,饮食行为存在不良习惯,建议学校应大力开展营养知识教育,加强对学生膳食情况的监管,提高学生健康水平。Objective To investigate the intrinsic relationship between nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) in sports major college students, so as to propose timely and feasible suggestions for improving their dietary habits.Methods A total of 890 undergraduate and postgraduate students were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire about the nutrition KAP. The body mass index(BMI) was used to evaluate the current nutritional status of the students, and the nutritional KAP questionnaire was scored by the assignment method.Results The nutritional status of the lower grades was better than that of the upper grades. The malnourished rate in the girls(20.61%) was higher than that in the boys(3.99%), and the rate of the upper grades(15.38%) was higher than that of the lower grades(7.58%). The average scores of nutritional knowledge among different grades were significantly different(P<0.05), but the average scores of nutritional knowledge and nutritional attitudes between different genders were not significantly different(P>0.05). The average scores of dietary behavior between/among different genders and grades were statistically different(P<0.05). There was a good correlation among nutritional K-A-P.Conclusion The students in the physical education college do not know enough about the nutrition knowledge. There are still many unreasonable dietary behaviors. It is recommended that the school departments should strengthen the nutritional health education in the students and also strengthen the supervision of their dietary status.
