摘  要:针对高阶滤波器体积大和功耗高的问题,提出了一种基于多输出电流差分级联跨导放大器的电流模式n阶低通滤波电路。该电路不含任何电阻,仅使用1个新的多输出电流差分级联跨导放大器和若干接地电容,能实现任意阶低通滤波器功能。使用CADENCE进行设计和调试,电路芯片面积仅0.04mm^2,仿真功耗仅4.18mW,最大3dB截止频率500MHz。三阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器仿真与瞬态响应实验证明了理论的正确性。In order to solve problems of low integrated and high power consumption in high-order filter,a novel nth-order low pass filter employing multiple-output current differencing cascaded transconductance amplifier(MO-CDCTA)was proposed.The designed circuit does not contain any resistors.With only one multiple-output current differencing cascaded transconductance amplifier and some grounded capacitors,this circuit could achieve current transfer functions of low pass.In CADENCE software,the circuit chip was only 0.04 mm^2,the largest power consumption was only 4.18 mW,and the maximum 3 dB cutoff frequency was up 500 MHz.Moreover,third-order Butterworth filter simulation and transient response experiment results validated the theoretical analysis.
