摘  要:为了解决“一路一线”模式的换乘问题,提出了一种十字路口布局及其相位方案.设置了左转、直行、右转和公交4种进口道,并将右转车流纳入统一控制.停靠站设置在公交进口道边和出口道边,公交车通过路口时分别停靠2个站,换乘不过斑马线,可以实现换乘方便、快捷,并分散客流,避免拥挤.使用4相位动态配时方案,每个相位通过5股车流和1股行人交通流,同一股右转车流在一个相位周期内被放行2次,相位内的交通流无冲突,而且行人、右转车流和非机动车三者之间也没有相互冲突,提高了安全性.对换乘时间进行了详细分析,说明了在某些特定条件下换乘比不换乘更省时间,提出了红灯效应和拥堵效应等概念.对通行能力进行了初步分析,结果表明该布局可以提高通行能力.An intersection layout and its traffic signal phase design are put forward in order to address the problem of transfer based on the“one road one line”mode.It sets four kinds of approaches that including the left-turn approach,the straight approach,the right-turn approach.The bus approach,the right-turn traffic flows are controlled uniformly.The bus stations are located at the edges of the bus lane upstream and the bus lane downstream.Buses stop at two bus stations respectively through an intersection,when passengers change the bus,they don’t have to pass through the zebra crossings.Four phase dynamic timing scheme are used,there are five traffic flows and one pedestrian flow in every phase,and the same right-turn traffic is passed two times in one phase cycle.There are no traffic flow conflicts in every phase,and there are no conflicts between the right-turn traffic,pedestrians flows,and non-motor vehicles flows.Transfer time is analyzed in detail.A few new concepts are put forward,such as red light effect,congestion effect,and so on.Traffic capacity was analyzed preliminary,the results show that the layout can improve traffic capacity.
