摘  要:高校后勤在高校发展中的服务育人地位与作用无庸置疑。因此,改革之声不绝于耳。但在“十三五”形式下,高校后勤究竟如何改革见仁见智。笔者认为,充分发挥服务育人功能,构建“和谐”后勤既是高校后勤改革的过程,更是其追求的终极目标。在民族高校,构建“和谐”后勤还具有其特殊的民族性意义,责任深远而重大。本文拟以内蒙古民族大学为例,探讨在民族高校发挥服务育人功能、构建“和谐”后勤的途径及意义。There is no doubt about the position and role of the logistics in the development of universities and colleges.Therefore,the voice of reform is endless. However,in the form of the 13th Five-Year Plan,there are different opinions on how to reform college logistics.The author believes that the construction of“harmonious”logistics is not only the process of logistics reform in universities and colleges,but also the ultimate goal they pursue.In the national universities and colleges for nationalities,the construction of“harmonious”logistics also has its special national significance,and its responsibility is far-reaching and significant.Taking Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities as an example,this paper explores the ways and significance of building“harmonious”logistics in the national universities and colleges for nationalities.
