摘　　要：近五年来,医疗"一卡通"(居民健康卡)已在我国大部分省市逐步推广并取得了显著成效。该文通过对医疗"一卡通"模式和传统就医模式的比较,充分了解一卡通在解决"三长一短"问题上的独特优势,进一步对当前医疗"一卡通"实施过程中的进步意义进行分析,发现其存在问题并提出相应对策。In the past five years, the medical "one card"(resident health card) has been gradually promoted in most provinces and cities in China and has achieved remarkable results. Through the comparison of the medical "one card" mode and the traditional medical treatment mode, this paper fully understands the unique advantages of the card in solving the problem of "three long and one short", and further analyzes the progressive significance of the current medical "one card" implementation process and finds that there are problems and corresponding countermeasures.
