贵州高职高专文化育人模式的实践与探索——以遵义医药高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：经过长期的实践与探索,遵义医药高等专科学校形成了“杏林芳华五行铸魂”校园文化品牌,其内涵包含“金至诚”“木成荫”“水载德”“火铭志”“土固本”五个方面,从物质文化、精神文化、制度文化和行为文化四个维度进行建设,其构建途径主要从一个“引领”和三个“融入”展开。学校在“杏林芳华五行铸魂”校园文化建设过程中不断优化育人环境,深化内涵建设,真正实现文化育人的目的。After long-term practice and exploration, Zunyi Medical and Pharmaceutical College has formed a five-pronged campus culture brand, constructing the its campus culture from such four dimensions as material culture, spiritual culture, institutional culture and behavioral culture mainly based on one "guidance" and three "integrations". In the process of the campus culture construction, we continuously optimize the educational environment, and deepen the connotation construction, aiming to truly realize cultural education.
