摘 要:目的:探讨康复机器人训练对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析选取在医院就诊的80例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者资料,根据训练方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规训练,观察组在常规训练的基础上加用康复机器人辅助训练,采用运动功能评定量表(MFMA)、日常生活活动能力指数(BI)、生活质量综合评定量表-74(GQOLI-74)、平衡功能(BBS)评分以及步行能力(FAC)分级对两组下肢运动功能数据进行分析。结果:观察组训练后MFMA、BI以及GQOLI-74评分高于训练前,且和对照组训练后评分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.00,t=-10.94,t=-13.65;P<0.05);两组患者BBS评分及FAC分级治疗前差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.85,t=-3.93;P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者在常规训练的同时,加用康复机器人进行辅助训练,对其运动功能的恢复效果显著,可提高患者的日常生活能力和生活质量。Objective: To explore the influence of rehabilitation robot training on lower limb motor function of hemiplegic patients with cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods: 80 hemiplegic patients with cerebral ischemic stroke were selected from our hospital. According to different training method, the patients were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases). Control group received common training, and observation group received rehabilitation robot training on the basis of common training. Modified fugl-meyer assessment(MFMA), Barthel index (BI), generic quality of life inventory-74 (gqoli-74), berg balance scale (BBS) and functional ambulation classification (FAC) were adopted to analyze motor function data of lower limb of two groups. Results: The scores of MFMA, BI and GQOLI-74 of observation group post training were higher than that pre training, and compared with the scores of control group post training, the differences of them between the two groups were significant (t=5.00, t=-10.94, t=-13.65, P<0.05). The differences of BBS score and FAC score between two group before treatment were no significant. And after treatment, the BBS score and FAC score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (t=13.85, t=-3.93, P<0.05). Conclusion: The rehabilitation robot assisted training on the basis of common training of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke has significant effect on the recovery of motor function, and it can improve the daily living ability and life quality of patients.
