摘  要:目的:化工流程模拟课程Aspen plus软件的应用在化工设计竞赛中占有很高比例,利用Aspen plus软件进行流程优化、设备设计、物料衡算和能量衡算等,可以减少工作量,提高工作效率,积极推动化工设计竞赛的开展。方法:以化工设计竞赛为指导模式,我们对化工流程模拟课程的教学内容和教学方法进行了调整和转变。结果:这种教学新模式兼顾了基础理论与应用实践,便于学生理解和掌握知识,提高了本门课程的教学质量和教学效果。Objective: Chemical process simulation course that the application of Aspen plus software occupies a high proportion in chemical engineering design competition,which can reduce the work load,improve the work efficiency and actively promote the development of chemical engineering design competition by using the Aspen plus software to do the process optimization,equipment design and material balance energy balance. Methods: Base the mode of the chemical engineering design competition,this paper mainly discussed the innovation on the teaching contents and the teaching methods for course of chemical process simulation course. Results: This new teaching mode has both the basic theory and practical application,which was convenient for students to understand and master the knowledge,and the effect and quality of the graduates in this specialty could be guaranteed.
