摘 要:提出了一种基于加工测试的摆线齿轮齿廓误差建模与分离方法。采用多体系统运动学原理建立了与磨床几何误差相关的摆线齿轮轮廓X、Y方向的误差模型,并提出了摆线齿轮工件齿廓Y方向误差分离的方法。采用所提出的方法对该磨床实际加工的摆线齿轮齿廓误差进行误差分离,完成了基于激光跟踪仪多站方法磨床几何误差辨识。实验分析结果表明,所提出的基于加工测试的摆线齿轮轮廓误差模型是有效的,可用来辨识相关机床的几何误差。A method for error modeling and separation of tooth profile of a cycloid gear based on machining test is demonstrated in this paper. This method utilizes multibody system kinematics principle to build the profile error model along X and Y directions of the cycloid gear,which is related to the geometric error of the grinding machine tools. Based on the presented mathematical model,a Y-direction profile error separation is presented. Following this method,the tooth profile error of a machined cycloid gear is successfully separated, and the geometric errors of the grinding machine tools are identified based on a laser tracker multi-station method. The experimental results indicated that the developed error model was effective,and be helpful to identify the related geometric errors of the machine tools based on machining test approach.
