摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合高频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及神经电生理机制。方法选择2013年1月—2016年12月上海市浦东新区中医医院中西医结合脑病科80例脑梗死病人作为研究对象。将完成研究的67例病人采用简单随机化方法分成针刺组32例与针刺联合rTMS组35例。所有病人均接受西医基础治疗及针刺治疗,针刺联合rTMS组在此基础上联合rTMS治疗。比较两组改良Rankin量表评分及中枢传导时间(CMCT)和中枢静息期(CSP)。结果治疗后,针刺组与针刺联合rTMS组的改良Rankin量表评分、CMCT、CSP比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合rTMS治疗脑梗死安全有效。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and electrophysiology of acupuncture combined with rapid rate repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction from January 2013 to December 2016 at the Pudong New Area Hospital of TCM were selected.sixty-seven patients completed the study were randomly devised into acupuncture group( n =32) and acupuncture combined with rTMS group( n =35).All patients received Western medicine and acupuncture,the acupuncture,combined with rTMS group was combined with rapid frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Modified Rankin Scale Score(MRS),central motor conduction time(CMCT),and central silent period (CSP)were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences in MRS,CMCT,and CSP between two groups,respectively( P <0.05).There were no side reactions. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rTMS has better clinical effect and higher safety in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.
