摘 要:介绍了电阻层析成像(ERT)的应用背景。基于FPGA硬件系统及quartusII软件开发平台采用VHDL语言设计实现了包括按键消抖、DC/AC切换、电极切换、程控放大、数据采集等功能的数控系统,采用Labview软件设计实现人机交互界面控制功能。着重叙述了软件的实现方法,并结合硬件进行在线调试,通过模拟测试验证数控系统功能。实验结果表明,ERT测量系统在该数控系统控制下能够满足对水下冲压发动机工作所产生的气液两相流测量要求,实现高精度测量。This paper describes the application background of the electrical resistance tomography (ERT). Based on the FPGA hardware system and quartusII software development platform, VHDL language is used to design and realize the CNC system including button debounce, DC/AC switching, electrode switching, program-controlled amplification, AD acquisition and other functions, design and implementation of human-computer interactive interface control function by labview software. The software implementation method is described in detail, and online debugging is performed in combination with hardware, the simulation test verifies the function of the CNC system. Experimental results show that the ERT measurement system under the control of the CNC system can meet the requirements for the measurement of gas-liquid two-phase flow generated by the work of the underwater ramjet engine and achieve high-precision measurement.
