摘  要:目的研究细菌耐药性监测实施微生物检验的临床价值。方法纳入本院2015年5月—2018年5月分离培养的病原菌(n=1000)作为研究对象,对其进行微生物耐药性监测。对选取的1000例病原菌微生物检验结果、细菌耐药性监测结果进行评估分析。结果1000例病原菌中革兰阳性球菌126例(12.60%),革兰阴性杆菌874例(87.40%)。革兰阴性杆菌对氨苄西林、头孢曲松、美诺培南有较高耐药性,革兰阳性球菌对青霉素、氨苄西林有较高耐药性。结论不可盲目经验性使用青霉素类抗生素进行治疗,需及时对感染患者进行病原菌的耐药性检测,检验科加强对微生物的耐药性监测,使临床医师准确掌握细菌耐药性变化,从而指导患者正确合理使用抗菌药物,减少临床医源性感染发生率。Objective To study the clinical value of microbial testing for the monitoring of bacterial resistance.Methods From May 2015 to May 2018, the pathogens (n =1 000) isolated and cultured in our hospital were used as research objects to monitor microbial resistance.The microbiological test results and bacterial resistance monitoring results of 1 000 selected pathogens were evaluated and analyzed.Results 126 cases (12.60%) of gram-positive cocci in 1 000 pathogens and 874 cases (87.40%) of gramnegative bacilli.Gram-negative bacilli are highly resistant to ampicillin, ceftriaxone,and meropenem,and gram-positive cocci are highly resistant to penicillin and ampicillin.Conclusion Do not blindly use penicillin antibiotics for treatment.It is necessary to detect the resistance of pathogenic bacteria in infected patients in time.The laboratory strengthens the monitoring of microbial resistance,so that clinicians can accurately grasp the changes of bacterial resistance and guide It is worthwhile to learn from the correct and rational use of antibiotics and reduce the incidence of clinical iatrogenic infections.
