顺向泪道引流管鼻腔内防移位装置的研制和临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨一种放置于鼻腔内防移位装置,用于防止顺向泪道引流管因患者牵拉意外移位的发生。方法 随机选择150例泪道引流管植入患者对照观察(对照组);150例患者在植入引流管时在鼻腔内的引流管上使用研制的防移位装置(观察组),比较分析两组患者引流管移位发生率有无差异。结果 使用鼻腔内防移位装置组(观察组)患者无1例泪道引流管移位发生,常规引流管植入手术组(对照组)患者中有9例(6.0%)发生引流管移位,其中3例经探针复位成功,6例未能复位。两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 这种放置于鼻腔内的防移位装置,可以有效防止泪道引流管因患者牵拉意外移位的发生,即使发生移位也可以通过在鼻腔内牵引该装置而简便地使引流管复位,减轻患者的负担和精神压力。Objective To explore a kind of anti-displacement device placed in the nasal cavity,to prevent the occurrence of accidental displacement of the lacrimal drainage tube due to the traction of the patient. Methods 150 patientswith lacrimal duct implantation were randomly selected as control group,150 patientswith our developed anti-displacement device used on the drainage tube in the nasal cavity during implantation,were selected as observation group,and the incidence of drainage tube displacement between the two groups was compared and analyzed whether there was statistical difference. Results There was no displacement of lacrimal drainage tube in the group with internal nasal anti-displacement device(observation group),andin the routine drainage tube implantation group(control group),9 patients(6.0%)had drainage tube displacement,including 3 patients with successful reposition by probe and 6 patients without reposition.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion The anti-displacement device placed in the nasal cavity can effectively prevent the occurrence of accidental displacement of the lacrimal drainage tube caused by the traction of the patient.Even if the displacement occurs,the drainage tube can be simply reset by traction of the device in the nasal cavity,to reduce the burden and mental pressure of the patient.
