南宝戒毒清胶囊治疗气阴两虚、毒瘀蕴结型甲基苯丙胺类戒断综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察南宝戒毒清胶囊治疗气阴两虚、毒瘀蕴结型甲基苯丙胺类戒断综合征的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法108例受试者按完全随机方式分为试验组和对照组。两组均治疗1个疗程(7d)。主要观察指标为戒断症状与体征及其分级评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、中医证候量表。结果试验组综合疗效的显效率60.00%和总有效率98.57%均分别高于对照组的2.78%、5.71%(均P<0.05)。两组治疗前戒断症状评分、焦虑评分、中医证候积分比较,差别均不大(均P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组受试者戒断症状评分、焦虑评分、中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05);对照组受试者戒断症状评分、焦虑评分变化情况差别不大(均P>0.05),但中医证候积分较治疗前下降(P<0.05);治疗后试验组戒断症状评分、焦虑评分、中医证候积分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论南宝戒毒清胶囊治疗气阴两虚、毒瘀蕴结型甲基苯丙胺类戒断综合征具有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Nanbao Jieduqing Capsule on methamphetamine abstinence syndrome with deficiency of Qi and Yin and accumulation of toxin and stasis. Methods:A randomized placebo-controlled double-blind clinical trial design was used. 108 subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group in a completely randomized manner. Both groups were treated for one course of treatment(7 days). The main outcome measures were withdrawal symptoms and signs and their grading scores,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and TCM Syndrome Scale. Results:The effective rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were 60.00% and 98.57% respectively,which were higher than those of the control group. After treatment,the scores of withdrawal symptoms,anxiety and TCM syndromes in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease value in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Nanbao Jieduqing Capsule has good clinical efficacy on methamphetamine abstinence syndrome with deficiency of Qi and Yin and accumulation of toxin and stasis.
