网络学习空间用户持续使用行为研究

摘　　要：随着教育信息化的不断发展,网络学习空间已成为用户开展在线学习活动的重要支撑平台.针对网络学习空间用户持续使用率低等现状,基于UTAUT2和TTF等理论,构建了网络学习空间用户持续使用行为分析模型,并利用结构方程模型对525份有效调查问卷进行了数据分析.验证结果表明,绩效期望、社会影响、任务技术匹配、习惯、享乐动机和便利条件等均显著影响着网络学习空间用户持续使用意愿.特别地,习惯对网络学习空间用户持续使用行为有直接正向影响作用.With the continuous development of educational informatization,online learning space has become an important support platform for users to carry out online learning activities.Aiming at the current status of online learning space users’ low continuous utilization rate,we construct an analysis model of online learning space users’ continuous usage behavior based on UTAUT2 and TTF models,and uses the structural equation model to analyze the data of 525 valid questionnaires.The results show that performance expectancy,social impact,task technology matching,habits,hedonic motivation,and facilitating conditions all significantly affect the online learning space users’ continuous usage intention.In particular,the habit has a direct positive impact on the online learning space users’ continuous usage behavior.
