讨论式学习和知识竞赛在卓越医生教改班中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨讨论式学习和知识竞赛在卓越医生教改班的应用及其效果。方法:在临床医学专业本科生的病理学、病理生理学课程学习中,随机选择2014级临床专业本科6班作为教学改革试点班,选择2014级临床专业本科5班为对照班。在教学改革试点班中采用讨论式学习和知识竞赛,通过问卷调查和成绩比较,探讨教学改革效果。结果:问卷结果表明,教改班学生的参与讨论、走上讲台讲课以及参与教师科研人数比例均高于对照班(P<0.05);教改班和对照班学生的病理学、病理生理学课程期末成绩比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),教改班学生病理生理学成绩优良率高于对照班(P<0.05)。结论:在卓越医生教学改革中采用讨论式学习和知识竞赛等方法,能使学生在学习理论知识的同时,全面提高综合素质,教学效果好。Objective:To explore the application and effect of discussion-based learning and knowledge competition in the teaching of medical reform.Methods: In the course of pathology and pathophysiology for the clinical medicine,class 6 of 2014, clinical medicine,was chosen as teaching reform class,and the class 5 of 2014 was randomly selected as the control class. By means of discussion-based learning and knowledge competition,the effect of teaching reform is discussed through questionnaire survey and results comparison.Results :The proportion of students participating in discussion,lecturing and participating in scientific research in teaching reform class was higher than that in the control class( P <0.05);the results of pathology and pathophysiology in the two groups were not significantly different( P >0.05).However,the excellent rate of the teaching reform class was higher than that in the control class( P <0.05).Conclusion :The application of discusion-based learning and knowledge competition in the outstanding doctor reform had perfect effects by improving their comprehensive qualities and learning effects.
